Please remove all fittings, stirrups, billet guards, grab straps and pads from the saddle.

Attach a label to the saddle with your name, return shipping address, phone number, email and repairs to be done.

If available, please put a cover on the saddle for added protection.

A sturdy box provides the best protection for your saddle during shipping.  A suitable box should measure 16″ x 16″ x 24″.  Home Depot and U-Haul sell heavy-duty double wall boxes that measure 18″ x 18” x 24″ and they are fairly priced.  You can also build a box within the box that adds strength and add some packing if it makes you feel more comfortable. We suggest fully insuring your saddle.

PLEASE DO NOT USE LOOSE PEANUTS or SHRED unless you include a bottle of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.  Peanuts create quite a mess and will not be reused and will be cursed at.

I am happy to provide a label for you with my business rate.  Just call or text me with your address, box dimensions, address and email and I’ll send you a label.

Write your name clearly on the outside of the box.  Shipping companies often do not put your name on the label and it is hard to see who’s saddle is in the box.  If you want to know if your saddle has arrived, please use tracking.  We have a secure delivery point.  If tracking shows it has arrived, it is here.
