Saddle Fit: Pictures to Take

Horse Photographs:

Please provide the following photos of your horse.

1. Horse Only, Side View: Have your horse stand square, looking forward and relaxed. (Think confirmation shot). Take photo to include the horse’s whole body and the ground so I can have some reference points.

2. Horse and Saddle Only, Side View: Have your horse stand the same as above and set your saddle on with no pad, not girthed. Take photo to include whole body.

3. Horse and Saddle Only, Angle View: Stand at your horses head and look towards their tail. Step to the side so I can see the angle of the saddle comared to their scapula. Take photo.

4. Horse, Saddle and Pads, Side View: Have your horse stand the same as in photo 1 and set your saddle on with pad, not girthed. Take photo.

5. Sweatmarks: Remove your saddle and saddle pads. Do not brush your horse. Have your horse stand square, looking forward and relaxed. Take photo.
